3 Tbsps White vinegar
½ tsp Mustard

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, trim, spin dry and tear into smaller pieces if necessary. Peel onions and cut lengthwise into slices. Rinse tomatoes, cut into eighths and remove seeds.

2.

Mix vinegar with mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. Mix salad ingredients together in a large bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Serve immediately.
