Ingredients
200 grams mixed Lettuce (Lettuce, Lollo bianco, radicchio, etc)
Bell pepper (1 small red and yellow)
½ bunch Radish
4 Tomatoes
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
5 Tbsps lemon juice
5 Tbsps olive oil
salt
peppers (from the mill)
1 Tbsp scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and spin dry lettuce and cut leaves to as small as needed.

2.

Rinse radishes and cut in half or quarters as desired.

3.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into wedges.

4.

Rinse and halve peppers, remove seeds, remove all white interior skins and cut into strips.

5.

Mix the prepared salad ingredients together in a bowl.

6.

Peel and cube the onion. Peel garlic.

7.

Mix together the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper, then add the onions, chives and garlic (pressed through a garlic press), stir, season to taste and mix with the salad ingredients. Serve immediately.
