Ingredients

For serving

½ sprigsLemon balm
1 ¼ ouncesmixed berries (frozen)
0.19 cupsCranberry juice
¾ tablespoonssparkling Mineral water (chilled)

Kitchen Utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Immersion blender, 1 deep bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Glass

Directions

Display mode:
1 Rinse lemon balm, shake dry and pluck leaves.
2 Reserve 1 tablespoon frozen berries for garnish. Combine remaining berries with cranberry juice in a tall vessel and mash coarsely with an immersion blender.
3 Pour into a serving glass and top with mineral water. Add reserved berries, garnish with lemon balm and serve immediately.
