- 5 ozs mixed Berry (frozen)
- ¾ cup Cranberry juice
- 3 Tbsps sparkling mineral water (chilled)

1 Cutting board, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Immersion blender, 1 deep bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Glass
Preparation steps
1.

Rinse lemon balm, shake dry and pluck leaves.
2.

Reserve 1 tablespoon frozen berries for garnish. Combine remaining berries with cranberry juice in a tall vessel and mash coarsely with an immersion blender.
3.

Pour into a serving glass and top with mineral water. Add reserved berries, garnish with lemon balm and serve immediately.
