1 cup Frozen Strawberries
2 cups 2% milk
2 Tbsps honey
½ cup crushed Ice

Preparation steps

Tap the back of the pomegranate with a wooden spoon to release the seeds. Add three-quarters of them to a food processor or blender along with the frozen fruit and milk.
2.
Blend on high for 1 minute and then add the honey and crushed ice. Blend again until incorporated.
3.
Pour into glasses or serving bottles and garnish with the remaining pomegranate seeds.
