3 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp ground Turmeric

4 Schnitzel (lamb, pork or turkey)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and coarsely chop onion and garlic cloves and puree with lemon juice, oil, cumin and turmeric. Season with pepper. Dredge schnitzel in mixture on both sides. Covered and let stand at room temperature about 1 hour. 

2.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Gently pat schnitzel dry with paper towels and fry 3-4 minutes per side. Season with salt.
