150 milliliters Whipped cream

1 Tbsp freshly chopped Basil
150 grams Smoked bacon (sliced)
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp olive oil
50 grams freshly grated Parmesan
Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente.

2.

Mix the egg yolks and the cream in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and whisk until combined. Mix in the chopped basil.

Finely dice the bacon. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Heat the oilin a pan, and sauté the bacon. Add the garlic, sauté briefly, and add the drained linguine. Remove the pan from the heat, and mix in the egg and cream mixture.

4.

Transfer the pasta to plates, and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Garnish with the basil and serve.
