400 grams Spaghetti
100 grams smoked Bacon
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 eggs
100 grams Parmesan (grated)
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Break eggs into a large bowl, mix with 70 grams (approximately 2 1/2 ounces) Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti in the pot until al dente.

3.

Cut bacon into small cubes and cook in a pan with a little oil. Peel garlic, squeeze through a garlic press and add to the pan.

4.

Drain pasta and immediately add to the pan with bacon. Stir briefly, then add to the bowl and stir with egg mixture. Mix well and serve immediately garnished with remaining Parmesan cheese.
