400 grams Spaghetti
100 grams smoked Bacon
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 eggs
100 grams Parmesan (grated)
salt

Preparation steps

1.

In a large bowl, mix eggs 70 grams (approximately 2 1/2 ounces) Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.

3.

Cut bacon into small cubes and sauté in a pan with a little oil until browned. Press garlic through a garlic press into the pan.

4.

Drain spaghetti and immediately add to the pan with the bacon. Stir briefly, then transfer to the bowl with the egg mixture. Mix well. Serve immediately sprinkled with remaining Parmesan cheese.
