- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps fresh ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 ripe Mangoes (flesh diced)
- 1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 5 Tbsps cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- ½ tsp honey
- 1 ⅔ cups ready-to-eat shrimp
- 3 Tbsps Peanut oil
- Romaine lettuce (leaves)

1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Coarse grater, 1 Whisk, 1 Salad spinner
Preparation steps

Heat the sesame oil in a small pan and fry the shallot and the ginger. Add the mango and a little water and simmer for 10 minutes. Then stir in the chilli pepper, coriander and lime juice. Season with salt, ground black pepper and honey.

Season the prawns with salt and ground black pepper and fry them in the peanut oil for 3-4 minutes. Arrange the prawns on the lettuce leaves and serve with the salsa.
