- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 18 ozs ready to cook, king shrimp (prawns)
- 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 Lime (juice)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 crisp Lettuce
- To garnish
- cilantro
- Lime wedge

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns on both sides for 2 minutes.
2.
Add the coriander and garlic and briefly fry together. Deglaze with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the honey.
3.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on serving plates and add the prawn mixture.
4.
Serve garnished with coriander and lime wedges.
