- 1 ⅔ cups waxy potatoes
- 1 cup shrimp (ready to cook)
- 3 small Zucchini (grated and salted)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 2 eggs
- cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cups Oil
- rosemary (to garnish)
Preparation steps

Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for 25 to 30 min. Drain, rinse with cold water, peel, and mash. Place the shrimps in boiling salt water. Reduce the heat and leave to steep for 5 min. Drain and leave to cool.

Chop the shrimps and mixed in with the mashed potatoes. Add the courgettes and the garlic and stir well. Add the eggs and season with salt, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. With wet hands shape into small balls.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown. Dry on kitchen paper and serve garnished with rosemary as an appetiser.
