2 ¼ ozs Blue cheese
4 Tbsps low fat Sour cream
5 Tbsps Yogurt

Preparation steps

1.

Halve lime and squeeze juice (use rest elsewhere). Peel and finely dice garlic. Mix with olive oil, miso, honey and 1 tablespoon lime juice.

Cut lettuce hearts in half lengthwise leaving the stalk intact, wash, and pat dry. Brush with the miso mixture and grill on a hot grill for 6-7 minutes, turning.

Meanwhile, toast almonds in a frying pan without fat over medium heat for 3 minutes. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rings.

4.

For the dressing, chop cheese, blend with sour cream, yogurt and 2 tablespoons lime juice until creamy, season with salt and pepper.

5.

Arrange grilled lettuce hearts on a platter and drizzle with dressing. Coarsely chop almonds and sprinkle with chive rings.
