1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon

Preparation steps

Crush the peppercorns with the side of a large knife, then chop coarsely and place in a bowl.

Rinse and dry scallions, then cut into thin rings.

Chop walnuts finely and add to bowl with about 2/3 scallions.

Crumble feta cheese fine.

Add feta cheese, quark, and milk to bowl and stir until dip is smooth. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the remaining scallions and serve.
