- 7 ozs store-bought Falafel
- 3 small Zucchini
- ½ bunch mint
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 11 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
- 1 Tbsp Tahini
- 1 pinch ground Cardamom
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

Place the falafel in a baking dish and cook in the oven according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, rinse zucchini, wipe dry and cut lengthwise into thin slices.

Rinse mint and shake dry. Pluck the leaves and chop coarsely. Put zucchini and mint leaves in a salad bowl.

Cut lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Whisk lemon juice and honey in a small bowl, season with salt and pepper and whisk in oil. Add to the zucchini mixture and toss well.

Stir yogurt with tahini paste and season with cardamom and salt. Sprinkle dip with sesame seeds. Serve falafel with zucchini salad and yogurt dip.
