1 Rinse mango, wipe dry and peel. Remove pit and cut 2 thin slices for garnish. Dice remaining flesh into small chunks.
2 Peel banana and mash slightly on a plate. Squeeze lime and drizzle juice over mashed banana.
3 Rinse lemon balm, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Set some aside for garnish.
4 In a tall container, combine lemon balm, mango, banana and whey. Puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Fill 2 glasses with ice cubes and pour in smoothie. Garnish with mango slices and lemon balm.
