- 2 Tbsps water
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 cups sugar

1 Skillet, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Coarse grater, 1 Brush, 1 Rolling pin
Preparation steps
1.
Put the mango flesh into a pan with the water and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and simmer gently until the fruit is soft.
