4 lobsters (675 g | 1.5 pounds each)
6 Tbsps butter
2 lemons (sliced)
2 Limes (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Fill large pot or kettle half way with water. Add salt. Bring water to rapid boil.

Add lobsters one at a time, head first, and return water to boil. Boil for 12-14 minutes or until lobsters are a bright red and the long antennae can be pulled loose with ease.
3.
Remove boiled lobsters with tongs and discard liquid. Allow lobsters to drain and transfer to individual plates. Garnish with citrus slices. Melt butter in saucepan. Pour butter into individual bowls. Serve.
