Preparation steps

1.

Clean, wash and thinly slice the cucumber and radishes. Wash the rocket salad and shake dry. Halve gherkins lengthwise and cut into slices. Crumble feta.

2.

For the dressing, whisk oil with lemon juice, mustard, and honey, season with salt and pepper. Mix the cucumber, radish, and gherkin slices and blend with the dressing. Place on plates and sprinkle with the feta and arugula.
