- 1 Cucumber
- 400 grams Radish
- 2 sticks Celery
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch sugar
- 4 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- salt
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the cucumber, halve lengthwise, and slice. Rinse, trim, and halve the radish depending on size. Cut into slices as well. Rinse, clean, and slice the celery.

Mix the balsamic with the lemon juice, sugar, and oil. If necessary add 1-2 tablespoons of water to thin it. Season with salt. Mix into the vegetables, thoroughly combine, and serve.
