chile-flavored Dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids, broken)
To decorate
4 tablespoons
Whipped cream (35% fat)

red chile peppers (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Put the milk, cream and chocolate into a pan. Bring to a boil over a low heat, whisking until smooth.
2.
Pour into cups and place a spponful of whipped cream on top of each cup.
3.
Sprinkle with cocoa and place a chilli on top.
