100 grams Whipped cream
2 Tbsps cocoa powder dark (the highest possible percentage of chocolate)
2 Tbsps sugar
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground Cardamom
1 pinch ground ginger
1 pinch ground cloves
for garnish
1 Cinnamon stick
2 Tbsps whipped Whipped cream (for garnish)
1 tsp Chocolate

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the milk (minus 3 tablespoons) with the spices and the cream. Mix the cocoa, sugar, and the remaining milk until smooth. Stir the cocoa mixture into the hot milk. Bring the mixture to a boil briefly, then pour into a glass.

Top with the whipped cream and the grated chocolate, garnish with the cinnamon stick, and serve immediately.
