- 200 grams Dark chocolate
- 800 milliliters milk
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Coarsely chop the chocolate and place 4 teaspoons aside. Melt the remaining chocolate slowly in the milk over low heat. Beat the cream with the cinnamon and the sugar until semi-stiff.

Place the hot chocolate into 4 cups. Top with the whipped cream, sprinkle with the remaining chocolate, and serve.
