- ⅔ cup milk
- 3 ½ ozs semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Small bowl, 1 gegebenenfalls kleiner Whisk
Preparation steps
1.
Roughly chop the chocolate and put into a pan with the milk.
2.
Slit the chilli open and add to the pan with the sugar (using more or less sugar depending on taste). Heat, stirring, until the chocolate has melted.
3.
Remove the chilli and divide the mixture between four glasses. Stir the ground cinnamon into the creme fraiche, add a small spoonful to each glass and serve immediately while still hot.
