Preparation steps

1.

Slit the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Heat the milk, vanilla and sugar.

2.

Stir both chocolates with the vanilla milk and allow to melt (set some of the chocolate aside for a garnish). Remove from the heat and remove the vanilla pod. Pour the hot chocolate into cups and top with whipped cream. Garnish with the marshmallows and grated chocolate.
