3 garlic
50 grams onions
1 red chile pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the mascarpone with the cream.. Peel the cloves of garlic and press the garlic through a press into the mascarpone mixture. Peel, finely dice and add onion to the mascarpone as well.. Rinse the chili, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and finely chop. Mix everything thoroughly and season with salt and  white pepper.

Add to a bowl, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
