Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the wild garlic, pat dry, remove the tough stems and chop the leaves into thin strips. Reserve about 1 tablespoons of the chopped leaves for garnish.

Whisk the quark and yogurt together until smooth. Stir in the chopped wild garlic and season with salt and lemon juice. 

3.

Transfer the mixture to a small serving bowl, garnish with the reserved wild garlic and serve with crackers, vegetables, etc.
