1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 deep bowl, 1 Immersion blender
1 Cut pineapple into quarters. Cut two narrow strips from 1 quarter and set aside. Cut peel and core from remaining pineapple and dice the flesh.
2 Put diced pineapple, coconut milk and soy milk into a tall vessel and puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Fill 2 glasses with ice cubes and pour in smoothie mixture. Garnish with pineapple strips and pistachios. Serve immediately.
