350 grams Strawberries
1 Tbsp honey
500 milliliters Soy milk

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the banana and coarsely chop. Drizzle the banana with the lemon juice. Add to a freezer bag, and place in the freezer until ready to use. 

2.

Rinse the strawberries in cold water and trim thoroughly. Cut 2 of the strawberries into slices. Coarsely crush the remaining strawberries. Place the crushed strawberries, frozen banana and honey in the blender. Add half of the soy milk, then puree completely. Add the remaining soy milk, and stir until smooth. 

3.

Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with the sliced strawberries, and serve.
