1 Rinse banana well, pat dry and remove the lower end. Then cut 3 slices and reserve for garnish. on a small plate.
2 Peel the rest of the banana and mash slightly on a plate with a fork. Place in a tall vessel and puree with an immersion blender.
3 Rinse lime in hot water, wipe dry and remove a narrow strip of zest with a peeler. Squeeze out lime juice and mix with banana puree.
4 Add dried cranberries, coconut milk, yogurt and ice to the banana mixture and puree until smooth. Pour into a serving glass, garnish with banana slices and lime zest and serve immediately.
