This delicious, tropical smoothie is a good source of protein thanks to the soy and antioxidants from the berries.

If you don't have fresh berries, feel free to use frozen varieties.

2 very ripe Banana
5 ½ ozs Strawberries (mixed)
5 ½ ozs Raspberries (mixed)
1 ⅓ cups Coconut milk
To decorate
Blueberries
