- 100 grams butter
- 50 grams sugar
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 175 grams Pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 100 grams dark Chocolate (chopped)
- 50 grams Cranberry
- 50 grams coarsely chopped Peanuts
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat the butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Gradually stir in the egg and vanilla flavor. Mix the flour and baking powder. Fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Fold in the chocolate pieces, cranberries and peanuts.

Heap teaspoon-sized balls of dough on the baking sheet, about 5 cm apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Let sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Remove from the baking sheet and cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
