2 ½ ozs vegan Dark chocolate
17 ¾ ozs Whole wheat flour
1 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 ¾ ozs vegan Dark chocolate chip (for baking)
2 ½ ozs Raw cane sugar
3 ½ Tbsps Canola oil
3 ½ Tbsps Peanut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation steps

1.

Roughly chop the chocolate and mix it with flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate drops and sugar in a bowl. Then stir in the oils and vanilla extract and put the dough in small balls with the help of a spoon on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 400 °F for 20 minutes. Vegan chocolate chip cookies are best enjoyed still warm.
