1 ½ tsps Baking powder
1 pinch salt
3 ½ Tbsps Raw cane sugar
4 Tbsps Canola oil
1 cup Sour cream
1 egg
4 Tbsps Soy milk
0.6666 cup Chocolate chip

1 Hand mixer, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper

Preparation steps

1.

Put flour with baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add sugar and mix. Add canola oil, sour cream, egg and 3 tbsp. Soy milk and work into a smooth dough with the dough hooks of a hand mixer.

2.

Fold the chocolate chips into the dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. With floured hands form 9 round biscuits from the dough and put them on the baking sheet.

3.

Brush the rolls with soy milk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C/400°F (convection 190 °C / 375°F) for 12-15 minutes.
