Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Mix flour with salt, cocoa and baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl, mix butter with white and brown sugar until creamy. Stir in vanilla extract and add eggs one at a time. Add flour mixture and stir in chocolate chips. Spoon cookie dough using a small teaspoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in preheated oven 10-15 minutes until cookies are crispy on the outside and still soft and juicy on the inside.

Allow cookies to briefly cool on the baking sheet and then place on a cooling rack.
