2 Tomatoes
4 Tortillas
4 Tbsps Mayonnaise (light, if desired)
9 ozs grilled chicken
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lettuce, trim, spin dry and pluck into small pieces. Peel carrots and finely grate. Rinse the bell pepper, cut in half, trim and cut into strips. Rinse the tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and also cut into strips.

Lay tortillas on a work surface and spread with mayonnaise. Top with all prepared ingredients and the chicken. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Roll up the wraps, cut in half and serve.
