- 4 Chicken legs
- 3 Tbsps butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 onion
- Bell pepper (2 yellow and red)
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 100 milliliters white wine

Preparation steps

Brush chicken legs with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Place into a roasting pan and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 35 minutes.

Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and chop into small pieces. Peel and chop onion. Heat butter in a pan and saute onion until soft, seaosn with salt and pepper and add peppers, saute briefly. Deglaze pan with wine and simmer, covered, for about 8 minutes on low heat. Open the pan and let almost all liquid evaporate at the end of cooking.
3.
Arrange chicken leg swith peppers and onions on plates. Serve with wild rice, if desired.
