Preparation steps

1.

Measure out 7 ounces water and bring to a boil in a saucepan. Remove pot from heat and add chai tea. Let steep for about 5 minutes.

2.

Pour chai tea through a fine sieve and heat together with almond drink.

3.

Add oatmeal and 1 pinch of salt to the chai milk and let swell over low heat for about 5 minutes.

4.

Meanwhile, cut open the pomegranate and remove the seeds from the fruit.

5.

Remove chai porridge from heat and place in a bowl. Chop the almonds. Garnish with pomegranate and almond kernels.
