- 375 grams Blueberry
- 1 Banana
- 3 Ice cubes
- 300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 300 milliliters Buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons Oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon crushed Flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon Honey (at will)
Rinse the berries, pick and drain well. Peel the banana and coarsely cut into pieces.
Combine all ingredients in a blender. If you want the smoothie a little smoother, add a little more buttermilk.
Sweeten depending on your preference with honey, distribute in glasses and serve immediately. As desired garnish with blueberry skewers.
