- Blackberry (50 g)
- Raspberries (50 g)
- 200 grams Blueberries
- 3 Tbsps pomegranates
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 8 Ice cubes (coarsely crushed)
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the berries, then drain thoroughly. Puree the berries and pass through a fine strainer.
2.
Return the puree to the blender. Mix the puree with the grenadine, sugar, and ice. Add the yogurt, and blend until smooth.
