- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 300 milliliters milk
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps

Pick over the blueberries, rinse gently and pat dry. Pour into a shallow dish and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Add the blueberries, sugar, milk and yogurt to a blender and puree. Pour into glasses and serve.
