500 milliliters
chilled Liquid whey
1 packet
1 teaspoon
For garnish
2 sprigs
Lemon balm (or mint)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the blueberries.

Combine the blueberries, whey, vanilla sugar and lemon juice in a blender and purée. Divide between 2 glasses and garnish with a spring of lemon balm or mint. Serve immediately.
