- 1 cup Gorgonzola (4 slices)
- 4 Lettuce
- 4 brown Sesame seed rolls (cut in half)
Preparation
Kitchen utensils
1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot mit Deckel, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Coarse grater, 1 Large knife, 1 Wok oder tiefe Pfanne, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Tablespoon
Preparation steps
1.
Soften the bread in a little water. Mix the lamb mince with the chopped onion, garlic, egg and herbs. Squeeze the water from the bread thoroughly and knead the bread into the mince. Season generously with salt and pepper.
2.
Shape the mince to 4 flat burgers. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the burgers for 10-12 minutes over a medium heat, turning once.
3.
Just before the burgers are done, lay a slice of gorgonzola cheese on each. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt slightly.
4.
Lay a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each roll. Place a burger on the lettuce and the onion slices on top. Garnish with parsley leaves and cover with the top half roll. Serve at once.
