- 1 stale White roll
- 400 grams Ground lamb
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- vegetable oil (for frying)
- 4 White rolls
- 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce
- 4 Tbsps Ketchup

Preparation steps

Soak bread in a little lukewarm water. Squeeze out and mix with lamb, egg, half the cilantro, chopped garlic, thyme and curry powder. If necessary, add breadcrumbs to the dough so that it is easy to shape. Season with salt and pepper.
Form 8 small patties. Heat oil in a pan and cook patties on each side for 2-3 minutes.

Slice rolls. Toast, cut side down, in another pan. Rinse and slice lettuce.
Add a patty to the bottom half of each roll. Spread the top half with ketchup. Sprinkle lettuce on each patty, top with the other half of the roll and serve.
