Preparation steps

Peel the radish, and coarsely grate. Season with some salt, and let rest for 15 minutes (this makes the radish milder in taste). Mix the yogurt with the sour cream, lemon juice, and the oil. Season to taste with salt. Rinse and dry the chives, then thinly slice.

Pat the radish, mix with the dressing and the chives, season to taste, and serve.
