- 300 grams Emmentaler cheese
- 1 bunch Radish
- 200 grams Natural yogurt
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- ½ bunch Chives
- Chives (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel cucumber and halve lengthwise. Scrape out seeds out with a spoon. and cut into 0.7 cm slices (approximately 1/3 inch). Cut cheese into strips. Rinse radishes an cut into thin slices. Combine yogurt with sour cream, season with salt and pepper.

Rinse and dry chives, set some aside for garnishing and cut the rest into rings. Ad chive rings to the dressing. Combine cucumber with radishes and cheese, arrange on plates and drizzle with dressing. Garnish with chives and serve.
