Preparation steps

Rinse and scrub the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 25 minutes.

Rinse and chop the radishes. Rinse the chives, pat dry and cut into small rings. Stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

3.

Drain the potatoes and cool to lukewarm. Cut the potatoes into quarters and mix with radishes, chives, and the sour cream mixture. Season again if desired and serve in bowls.
