- 1 tsp butter
- 1 herb Endive
- 1 Apple
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat) (Salad dressing)
- fresh Dill

Preparation steps
1.
Spread the bread with butter. Trim Belgian endive, remove the bitter core and rinse the leaves. Cut endive into rings. Rinse apple and cut into quarters. Remove seeds and cut into slices. Drizzle with lemon juice. Mix endive with apple and spread on the bread. Drizzle with yogurt dressing and sprinkle with dill.
