100 grams smoked Pancetta

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
800 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 sprig rosemary

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel beans. Cut bacon into strips. Peel onion and chop finely. Heat oil in a pot, add onion and bacon, saute for 2-3 minutes until onions translucent. Deglaze the pot with broth and then add beans. Add rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Rinse pears, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into wedges. Add pears to the pot and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Remove rosemary and distribute soup to bowls.

Serve garnished with rosemary.
