600 grams Smoked bacon (unsliced)
500 grams small Pear
100 milliliters dry white wine
100 milliliters Pear juice
2 sprigs parsley
3 sprigs Savory
750 grams green Beans
salt

2 Tbsps butter
1 handful parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Boil broth in a large pot, add bacon and cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat.

Rinse pears, cut in half, remove seeds and cook for about 10 minutes in a pan with white wine and pear juice. Rinse parsley and savory. Chop parsley.

3.

Rinse beans, cut off ends and cut in half. Add beans and savory to the pot about 8 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Then remove beans and bacon from the pot and cut bacon into slices. Remove savory. Place beans in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Stir in butter and parsley. Lift pears from the pan. Arrange pears and beans on a pan, cover with bacon slices and serve.
