Preparation steps

Rinse the green beans and trim the ends. Peel the pears, cut into fourths and squeeze the lemon over the pear pieces. Cut the bacon into strips.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the bacon and cook until crispy. Infuse the green beans, pears and some savory with the broth. Place in a covered pot and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Serve while hot with parsley potatoes.
